The developer

Two estates, one builder.

Sobha Group was founded in 1976 by PNC Menon and entered Dubai in 2003. Its model is backward integration: design, engineering and construction stay in-house.

In Meydan, Sobha launched Sobha Hartland in 2014 and co-developed District One with Meydan. Sobha Hartland II now carries its lagoon towers, Riverside Crescent, Skyvue and Skyscape, and the Sobha Estates villas.
