Ellington Properties was founded in 2014 and registered as a developer with the Dubai Land Department in January 2016. Propsearch counts 67 projects, 24 of them completed.
In Meydan the developer has already delivered Wilton Park Residences, Kensington Waters, Berkeley Place and Wilton Terraces in Sobha Hartland. It is now building six towers in Meydan Horizon and The Sanctuary, its first villa community, around a lagoon in District 11.
