Azizi Developments was founded in 2007. Forbes Middle East reports more than 45,000 homes delivered since then and more than 150,000 units in development in Dubai.

Its Meydan project, Azizi Riviera, lines a 2.7 km lagoon with French-Mediterranean buildings. Azizi handed over Riviera 69 and Beachfront I on 31 March 2026; Riviera Rêve is still under construction.
