Imtiaz Developments was founded in 1993 by Masih Imtiaz and keeps design, construction, joinery and façade work in-house. Propsearch credits it with more than 2,000 units delivered and over 40 projects worth more than AED 10 billion.

Known for Dubai Islands, Dubailand, JVC and Al Furjan, Imtiaz announced its entry into Meydan with a portfolio of more than AED 3 billion: Wynwood Horizon, The Symphony and Chavelle, all in Meydan Horizon.
