The first project of MBR City.

Meydan Sobha is a 50/50 joint venture between Meydan and Sobha. It developed District One, launched in 2013 as the first project of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, and was also its contractor.

Meydan has been part of Dubai Holding since March 2024; the newest District One phases are delivered by Nakheel.
